What is County Project Achievement (CPA)?
CPA, or County Project Achievement, is a 4-H public speaking contest where 4-H’ers present a 4-6 minute demonstration/presentation to local judges after school on Tuesday, January 16 at NOHS. First, second, and third place winners in each project advance to the district competition called DPA (District Project Achievement) at Rock Eagle on February 17.

Research and Writing will be completed in class.  Students should work on the VISUAL AID part during the winter holiday.
